By entering the Bandify Apple Watch Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
This promotion is conducted by Bandify Pty Ltd, ABN 98 676 453 535, based in Victoria, Australia.
The giveaway is open to individuals worldwide aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. Employees of Bandify and their immediate families, agents, and contractors are not eligible to enter. Entrants may only enter once per order. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
The promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on 1 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 1 December 2025. The winner will be drawn at random on 2 December 2025 and announced via Instagram Stories on @bandifyau and contacted directly by email.
To enter, place an order on bandify.com.au between 1 November and 1 December 2025. Each eligible order will receive one entry. Orders over AUD $80 (or equivalent in your local currency) will receive two entries. Only orders placed directly on bandify.com.au are eligible. Orders placed through third-party platforms, resellers, or partners are excluded.
All entrants must be subscribed to the Bandify email list at the time of entry. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Bandify. You may unsubscribe at any time after the promotion ends.
One winner will receive one (1) Apple Watch of their choice – either an Apple Watch Series 11 or an Apple Watch Ultra 3. The selected model, finish, and size are subject to availability at the time of ordering and will be purchased new and shipped directly to the winner.
The winner will be able to choose their preferred Apple Watch model, but Bandify reserves the right to make the final selection based on product availability and stock limitations in the winner’s region. The prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated address at no cost to them.
The prize does not include accessories, add-ons, data plans, or any other personal or device-related costs. Bandify is not responsible for delays in shipping, product availability, or warranty service once the item is delivered.
The winner will be selected by random draw using a verified digital generator. The draw will take place on 2 December 2025. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, Bandify reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
The winner will be notified via email and publicly announced on Bandify’s Instagram Stories (@bandifyau). The winner’s first name, city, and country may be shared (for example, “Chris from Auckland, New Zealand”).
The winner may be invited to share a photo or brief review of their prize, but this is entirely optional and will only be shared with their consent.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. Bandify reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar model or item of equal or greater value if the selected item becomes unavailable. The promoter may cancel or amend the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances outside its control.
Bandify reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or submitted using multiple identities or bots, or that attempts to manipulate the draw process in any way.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bandify is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or disruption resulting from participation in the giveaway or from use or delivery of the prize. This includes issues caused by third-party providers, manufacturers, or shipping companies.
All personal data collected during the promotion will be used solely for administering the giveaway and communicating with entrants. By entering, you consent to being added to the Bandify email list. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, and you may unsubscribe at any time after the giveaway concludes.
All records relating to the giveaway, including entry data and winner confirmation, will be securely retained for a minimum of 12 months after the prize is awarded.
